MEMS Mirror Drivers (HVD190A, HVD190D) are 4-channel 190V amplifier designed to drive single-axis or dual-axis MEMS mirrors. The HVD190 drivers are 4-channel 190V amplifiers designed to drive single-axis or dual-axis MEMS mirrors. There are two types of HVD190 depending on input methods: HVD190A (analog input) and HVD190D (digital input). The HVD190D is designed to plug directly onto Raspberry Pi 3 B+. The HVD190 operates on a 5V supply voltage and typical power consumption is 200 mW. Referring to the board drawing shown Fig.1, the inputs are on the top, the outputs are on the bottom.
